Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Finders Software Technologies ("Finders") in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below. This Disclosure Notice has been prepared to fulfill our disclosure obligation under Article 10 of the KVKK.
Personal Data Processed
Within the scope of your communication with Finders and the services you receive, the following categories of personal data may be processed:
- Identity data: First name, last name.
- Contact data: Email address, phone number, company/organization information.
- Customer transaction data: Content of requests, messages and conversations.
- Transaction security data: IP address, log records, cookie and browser data.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes, in accordance with the applicable legislation:
- Responding to your communication and information requests,
- Carrying out quotation, discovery and service delivery processes,
- Managing contract processes and customer relationships,
- Conducting information security processes and ensuring the security of the website,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and providing information to authorized institutions,
- Carrying out promotional and informational activities where you have given explicit consent.
Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
- The data controller's fulfillment of its legal obligation,
- The legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,
- Your explicit consent where the conditions above do not apply.
Transfer of Personal Data
To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes stated above and in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to our infrastructure suppliers from whom we receive services such as hosting, email delivery and content management, to authorized public institutions and organizations, and to our legal advisors. Transfers to infrastructure providers located abroad are carried out by providing the safeguards required by the legislation.
Method of Data Collection
Your personal data is collected through the contact form on our website, email, telephone and correspondence carried out electronically; by automated and partially automated methods.
Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- To request its deletion or destruction within the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- To object to a result against you arising from the exclusively automated analysis of your data,
- To request compensation for damages in case you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
Application Method
You can submit your requests regarding the rights listed above by sending them, together with information identifying you, to [email protected]. Your applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If your request is rejected, the reason will be communicated to you in writing.
